Before there was a studio, there were years chairside. Nhi graduated in
dental therapy and dental hygiene in 2020 and spent the years after in
clinical practice, caring for children's smiles across New South Wales,
Victoria and South Australia and running her own mobile practice.
That is where she learned how enamel behaves, how the mouth heals, and
how much the small details matter a millimetre from someone's smile.

The Gemist Hub grew straight out of that experience. What began in 2021 as a
quiet Sydney practice — one considered application at a time — became a place
people travelled for, and then a place people came to learn.
The difference was never the crystal. It was the method around it: a
science-based, safety-first approach that gives a tooth gem the same care a
clinician gives any surface of the tooth.
