Is a gem right for you?
- Healthy, natural enamel. We do not bond to fillings or crowns.
- Not during orthodontic treatment.
- Any sore gums, cavities or pain looked after by your dentist first.
- Under 17? A parent or guardian comes along.
- Wear an overnight retainer? It will need replacing after your set.

How long do tooth gems last?
Swarovski crystals last from one month to two years. 18k gold charms last from six months to over two years. Placement, design and lifestyle all play a part.
Does it hurt, or damage my teeth?
No drilling and no pain. Gems are bonded to the enamel surface and lifted cleanly when it is time. Never try to remove one at home with tweezers, clippers or floss.
What are the gems made of?
Authentic, lead-free Swarovski crystal from Austria, and 18 karat gold charms handcrafted in France and Australia.
Can I be allergic?
An allergy to the crystals is rare. An allergy to acrylates, found in some dental fillings, can rule gems out, so tell us before your appointment.
Can I get gems while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes. Pregnancy and breastfeeding do not affect your eligibility.
