01 How often do your gems come off before the client expects?

Rarely. Most last as long as I tell clients they will. Sometimes. A few come back early. Often. Early falls are a regular thing. I'm not sure. I don't hear back from most clients.

02 Before you place a gem, do you check the enamel?

Yes. I check for red flags on every tooth, every time. I have a look, but I don't have a set checklist. No. If the client wants it, I place it.

03 Do you place gems on fillings, crowns or veneers?

Never. Natural enamel only. Sometimes, if the client really wants that tooth. Often. I didn't know it made a difference.

04 Do you ask about the client’s teeth and health before the appointment?

Always, with the same questions every time. Sometimes, when something looks off. No, not before they sit down.

05 How did you learn to place gems?

Hands-on training, with someone checking my work. An online course, mostly videos. Self-taught, from social media and practice.

06 What aftercare do clients leave with?

Written aftercare they can keep. I tell them what to do before they go. Nothing set. They ask if they're worried.

07 Do you check in with clients after the appointment?

Yes, I follow up with every client. Sometimes, with regulars. No, I only hear from them if something goes wrong.
